Onwai uses essential technologies required to operate the platform, and Google Analytics (GA4) for measuring how the website and platform are used so that we can improve them. Analytics is optional: it is activated only if you grant analytics consent, and it stays inactive if you reject it or make no choice.
Onwai does not use:
Advertising signals in Google Consent Mode (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain denied at all times.
Name: sidebar_state. Type: first-party cookie. Purpose: remembering the dashboard sidebar state. Category: necessary / functional platform preference.
Storage: browser localStorage. Key pattern: sb-<project-ref>-auth-token. Purpose: keeping authenticated users securely signed in and maintaining the Onwai session. localStorage is browser storage rather than a traditional cookie, but it is disclosed here for transparency. Token values are never displayed or shared.
Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4). Purpose: measuring website and platform usage so that Onwai can improve the service. Analytics is non-essential and runs only while analytics consent is granted. Google Consent Mode v2 defaults are set to denied before any Google tag is loaded, and Onwai does not use analytics for advertising.
Your choice is stored in your browser (key onwai_consent) together with the consent version and the time of the choice, so you are not asked again on every visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics measurement immediately; granting it enables measurement again without signing out.
Onwai does not send names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, documents, message content or other personal details to Google Analytics — only technical and categorical product information.
Your browser settings may allow you to clear or block cookies and local storage. Blocking or removing the necessary authentication storage can sign you out and prevent account functionality from working correctly.
