Paid Onwai plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. Driver membership is offered €4.99 per month and the Company Professional plan €249 per month, as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. By starting a paid subscription you authorise Onwai to charge your payment card the agreed amount at the start of each billing period (monthly) until you cancel.
Before you confirm a subscription we show you the plan, the amount, the currency, the billing frequency, the date of the first charge and how to cancel. Payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard and are protected by Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check where your card issuer supports them.
Within 2 business days of setting up a subscription we send you an e-mail confirming that a recurring payment agreement has been established. The confirmation states the plan, the amount, the billing frequency, the date of the next charge and how to cancel online.
We notify you by e-mail at least 7 working days before a recurring payment if any of the following applies:

When a free trial or discounted period ends, the subscription continues at the regular price only if you have agreed to it, and only after the notice described in section 4. You can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged.

Cancellation stops all future recurring payments. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
Payments already made are not refunded, including for a partly used billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation). In those cases we refund the amount to the original payment card. To request a refund, contact support@onwai.me.
By starting a paid subscription you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the service has started, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
